Trustees:
1. Are responsible for the care, maintenance, and supervision of all physical church property including capital property. In this duty, they oversee the activities of the custodian (see below).
2. Supervise all repairs and improvements to church property.
3. Maintain an inventory of all church property and equipment and review the inventory at least annually to verify accuracy.
4. Ensure adequate property and liability insurance is maintained.
5. Develop and maintain a long range program for equipment maintenance and expansion, which is updated every year.
6. Are authorized to expend NTE $100 for routine matters without Council approval.
7. Organize periodic work parties.
8. Attend Council, Voters’, and other special church meetings.
The Trustees operate as one group with an administrator responsible for the church building and contents, and an administrator responsable for the church property and landscaping.

Custodian
The Custodian duties include:
Weekly
- Vacuum all carpeted areas inside the church.
- Dust all furniture, railings, and organ.
- Set up chairs for Sunday service
- Clean and sanitize rest rooms
- Clean kitchen
- Place garbage out for pickup.
- Clean glass on exterior doors.
- Sweep walkways & pick up trash in parking lot.
Monthly
Wash all windows

Purchase needed supplies NTE $100. Purchases in excess of $100 need to be approved by the Trustee committee. Report any problems to the Trustee committee.
